9- Refund policy
All reservations are payable prior to transfers All cancellations must be made in writing by email to our customer service center; info@www.taxi-driver-geneva.ch If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time of the transfer you wish to cancel, the amount paid for the transfer will be refunded, minus 25% of the total amount of the reservation or 50.00 chf minimum. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 24 hours after the scheduled transfer time you wish to cancel. Refunds will be paid within 30 days. 

10- Waiting time.
Waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes after the flight lands and 15 minutes at the hotel, private residence, restaurant……. at no extra charge. Beyond that, we charge 20.00 Chf per 15 minutes.
